A former teacher and WRU coach, Andy became involved in the centre in 1999 due to his love of the outdoors. Now the finance Director of the company, Andy still tries to spend as much time as possible out on the activities with clients. Rhys has a passion for the outdoors. When not in work you can bet he is out playing somewhere. Rhys, who first started work as an instructor at Morfa Bay in 2000 while doing his Sport Science Degree at Bangor University, is now Head of Adventure at the centre and a Junior Director

Before becoming an instructor at Morfa Bay, Gethin was a chef by trade!! But that didn't last long as he quickly realized that was not for him - not due to his love of the outdoors, it was purely because he can't cook! Gethin is now a junior director at Morfa Bay and is a centre manager
