If I buy a gift voucher - how long is it valid for?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase - this should allow you plenty of time to book a date with us.

When and how can I use my gift voucher?

If you have been given a gift voucher you must ring us on 01994 453588 or email gift@morfabay.com to book a date. We are open every Saturday and Sunday all year. Weekdays may also be possible depending on availability. Get in touch a couple of weeks in advance to avoid dissappointment.

What if the conditions are not suitable when I turn up?

If you have booked a date for your activity we will keep a check on the weather forecast and get in touch with you a few days in advance if we think the weather may affect the running of the session. In this case you can either re-book another date OR come down and if conditions are not suitable when you turn up you will be offered an alternative activity

How can I buy a gift voucher?

Give us a ring on 01994 453588 or contact us on gift@morfabay.com to make the booking. We take payment over the phone or you can send us a cheque. Once we receive payment we will send the voucher by First Class Royal Mail so you should receive it the following working day.

 

Cost - Compared with other voucher providers we are able to keep costs a lot lower as we ourselves provide the activities - we are not an agent like most others!
